In 1982, Hacienda Santa Rosa was built inspired in the architecture of the former republican houses on the coast.
The aim was to emulate the atmosphere of the 19th century "haciendas" when the Peruvian Paso Horse came together as a breed. At the same time, Hacienda Santa Rosa was conceived as a whole experience, a remembrance of tradition. Therefore, aside from the horse breeding, careful attention is dedicated to typical cuisine -there's a delicious "criollo" buffet available to the guests.
