Breeding, riding and appreciating the Peruvian Paso Horse's gait is an art. Therefore the standards of a horse farm must be kept high. The nurture of its breed must be cared for from generation to generation. From the first Paso Horses brought by the Spanish conquistadors in the 16th century, the lineage has been trained and it's gait has been refined to the point of achieving the four-step walk, it's main feature, becoming a national heritage.
